Do you offer anything else besides tape?

You bet! We offer many resources to help patients keep their device on longer and reduce irritation. Other products we provide are Skin Tac for extra adhesive, underlayers to reduce adhesive irritation from devices and tape rolls for on-the-go fixes. We also know how limited your time is in each appointment, so we also offer every subscriber weekly education for their diabetes journey through our email list, blog and podcast.

Do you offer pamphlets we can provide in our office?

Absolutely. Every order comes with pamphlets you can provide to each patient.

How long does it take to get samples?

You will receive your samples in two weeks or less.

How many samples can I get?

Short answer: as many as you need! Our Customer Experience Director will be in touch every three months to make sure your office is always stocked.

Is it safe for skin?

Our overpatches are free of latex, FDA approved, medical-grade, and hypoallergenic.

Skin Grip stays on for the life of the sensor - 10-14 days.

Removing Skin Grip is easy. Simply pull one corner of the patch, pull the patch parallel to the skin and once the adhesive is weakened pull the patch off skin. If the patch is still strongly adhered to skin, try soaking the area with baby oil, Unisolve or vegetable oil for 5-10 minutes before removing.
